The Challenge

Pak Alumex manufactured 300+ aluminium profiles and ran extrusion, powder coating, and anodizing lines across 44 dealers, but sales relied on WhatsApp photos, outdated PDFs, and phone calls. Incomplete quote inquiries burned sales hours, and local dealership strength remained invisible online.

The Solution

Built a production marketing site and digital showroom on Astro and GSAP. The site showcases 22 architectural systems, 3 finish lines, 10 landmark project case studies, an animated 44-dealer national network map, and a structured RFQ engine.

The Outcome

Successfully launched live at pakalumex.com on Cloudflare. Cut basic product education calls by 30-50%, enabled 1-2 day RFQ response cycles, and established a nationwide brand presence with 500+ project claims.
